Summer Season: From  June 21 through August 22, 2008  we rent only by the week;
our rental week is from Saturday to Saturday.

For the rest of the year we have a two night minimum stay. We are open from May through December. We are closed from January through April.

Some holidays and festival weekends require minimum three night stay.

CHECK-IN-After 3:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT-10:00 A.M.

DEPOSITS:

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to one-half of the base rate for your cottage, which is due within one week following your initial reservation. The remainder of your payment will be due at check-in. Payment can be made by personal check, or money order.


CANCELLATIONS:

A full refund of your deposit will occur only if we can re-rent the cottage for the same dates you reserved.

Late Arrivals and Early Departures:

You are responsible for payment of all nights you reserved. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
